Hobart 770465 7014 Stick, 1/8-10lbs

Ive heard some bad things from some guys about these on the welding forums but ive never had any issues with them whatsoever….. maybe their welder just had some issues with it but these are my go to when I need something thats easy to strike, which is pretty much any steel that isnt vertical or sheet metal. For vertical welds you are better off with 6013 or 7018 and for sheet metal you pretty much have to use a mig welder or you’ll just keep blowing through it no matter what stick you use.
