Dorman 911-036 Vapor Canister Vent Solenoid Compatible with Select Models

This fit great without the need for an additional wiring harness require for the AD Delco brand or other aftermarket products. I was getting P0442 error codes that would come right back if the code was reset, indicating a small emission leak. I started troubleshooting this issue and after replacing the gas cap with no change I tried replacing the vent solenoid. I Built a lot of leak tester’s for the Machine Tool industry and know everything leaks. It just made sense to try this first after the gas cap. It worked like a charm and the fault hasn’t came back.
