Got a pair of these mainly to use for Bo Ne, the Vietnamese steak and eggs dish served on a hot skillet. They are the perfect size and shape, and have provided delicious meals several times now. To address some comments I’ve seen from others… The wooden platters that come with them arrived intact with no splits or damage, and the notch at one end allows the skillet handle to fit perfectly. Cleanup has been easy, using the normal procedures for cast iron: very hot water, scouring with a scouring pad or steel wool, thorough drying followed by application of some cooking oil. Voila, no rust or discoloration! Very pleased.
