(3 Pack) Zoo Med Turtle Clean 15 Activated Carbon Inserts

These activated charcoal inserts have worked well in both our Turtle Clean 15 and Turtle Clean 30 external canister filters. The bag makes them easy to rinse, install, and remove in the canister. Even with 3 turtles and about 20 gallons of water the 30 keeps the tank clean for more than a month once the system settles out. I don’t recommend re-using the charcoal insert under these conditions, however, as the water won’t stay clean for much longer, even if you clean the canister carefully.
