Previously I had tried using the stuff you find at the mart that claims it works for months, with no results. Seems like immunity is a problem with it. I gave this stuff a chance. I already knew there was going to be a smell, so I used the product on a weekend that I was going to be away. I returned Monday and the smell was still there. I then just left my front door open and after a half hour the smell left. In areas of low air circulation the smell will linger, so to get rid of it increase circulation, use a fan if you have to. The smell while horrible seems to be a key part of it. The roaches are attracted to it and will come into contact with the chemical. Initially it will appear to not be working, it appears as if there are more roaches, This is usually a sign that it is working. Roaches normally do not come out during the day and hide in the presence of danger. These roaches seem confused and did not hide, so I wacked them.
