This can was tested on a Dodge Ram with a Cummins diesel that uses atmospheric venting.The lower AN10 connection was plugged with RTV, and the breather tube (updated to a reinforced silicone hose) connected to the top connection.There’s no airflow resistance, and thus far the system appears to adequately allow oil to settle out of the breather ‘exhaust’.Most importantly, there’s no more drips on the driveway after engine shutdown. Unless you opt to run a heavy-weight oil, these engines are notorious drippers (and even then there are no guarantees).The construction is solid, it’s lightweight, and the mounting ears let you configure the mounting position easily. There’s no reason you can’t mount this at up to a 45 degree angle, although a small amount of oil will never clear the drain (which I wouldn’t personally consider a big deal).A nice alternative to hokey soda bottles, bailing wire, and duct tape, if I may say so.
